Daniel Carter joined the company as Vice President and General Counsel and will be stationed at the Corporate Headquarters in Houston Texas.

Watson retired from Applied Technologies Associates (ATA) on May 9, 2011 after nearly 30 years with the company.  He began his employment with participation in the development of Seeker, ATA’s first gyro surveying tool.
