Joseph P. McCoy Joins Board of Directors

Joe McCoy was appointed to the Board of Directors in August. McCoy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The College of Holy Cross and his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University before joining ARCO. His career lead to the position of Vice President Finance, Planning and Control for ARCO Alaska before he joined Vastar Resources as Vice President and Controller, at the time Vastar was separated from ARCO. Following Vastar’s acquisition by BP, McCoy joined Burlington Resources where he was Chief Financial Officer before Burlington’s acquisition by ConocoPhillips. McCoy has served as a board member and chair of the audit committee on several energy or energy service companies and will serve as Chair of our audit committee.
