It is essential to have an efficient quality management system in place to surpass the quality requirements of our customers. SDI’s quality system is regularly monitored to make certain complete adoption and effectiveness.
The QMS Department is responsible for the implementation of the quality system in all areas of the company. However, each respective District Manager is responsible for ensuring customer quality and operational expectations are met locally.
To consistently provide a high quality of service, senior leadership recognizes the importance of employee awareness and understanding of our quality systems and policy. As a result, a high priority has been given to employee training and skills development in all areas of quality. This priority applies to all employees from top to bottom.
A positive culture and commitment is required from every member of staff to ensure an effective quality system is maintained.
