OUR COMMITMENT

Quality systems are employed at our Manufacturing Operations for Measurement and Drilling products and at all District Service Delivery Locations. The Corporate Quality Organization ensures that a positive culture and commitment is instilled in each and every member of staff to ensure an effective quality system is understood and maintained.

OUR PLATFORM

Scientific Drilling employs a quality software platform appropriately named “BULLSEYE”. This program manages numerous quality requirements, ensures accountability, timeliness and keeps employees “On Target” as it relates to quality activities. The platform is also an effective reporting and analysis tool for key quality performance indicators and continuous improvement.

OUR QUALITY SYSTEMS

Our Quality systems… “The Scientific Way” are developed specifically with the customer in mind. SDI has made a substantial investment in creating “product line specific quality systems”. These systems provide standardization of manufacturing and service delivery processes using the best practices from our global teams. These systems are implemented and monitored via trained staff and have a continual improvement focus and a zero NPT goal.

OUR COMMTMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

At SDI, we place a large emphasis on Customer Satisfaction. SDI utilizes various forms of interactive processes to obtain customer feedback and to measure our performance based on the opinion of our customers. These results are analyzed and utilized to standardize and improve our Manufacturing and Service Delivery processes. Our focus is a repeatable, process driven strategy, that is transparent and effective at meeting Customer (and internal) requirements.
