Quality systems are utilized in our Manufacturing Operations for Measurement and Drilling products at all District Service Delivery Locations. The Corporate Quality Organization ensures a positive culture and commitment are instilled in every staff member. In sum, to provide an effective quality system is understood and maintained.

OUR PLATFORM

Scientific Drilling employs a quality software platform appropriately named “BULLSEYE.” This program manages numerous quality requirements. For example, it ensures accountability and timeliness and keeps employees “On Target” related to quality activities. The platform also provides an effective reporting and analysis tool. Moreover, making it crucial to quality performance indicators and continuous improvement.

OUR QUALITY SYSTEMS

Our Quality systems… “The Scientific Way” was developed specifically with the customer in mind. SDI have invested substantially in creating “product line-specific quality systems.” These systems standardize manufacturing and service delivery processes. For example, we use the best practices from our global teams. These systems are implemented and monitored by trained staff. In sum, with a continual improvement focus and a zero NPT goal.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

At SDI, we place a significant emphasis on Customer Satisfaction. SDI utilizes various forms of interactive methods to obtain customer feedback. For example, to measure our performance based on the opinion of our customers. These results are analyzed to regulate and improve our Manufacturing and Service Delivery processes.
